Gouffran To Goodison?

More Something Fishy
Reports over the weekend suggested that Everton are interested in a 26 year old French striker currently at Bordeaux.
The name mentioned was Yoan Gouffran (Sebastian to his mates) but our Snout reckons that it is bollocks. We met Snouty this morning slumped outside the railings by Gwladys Street School and he was unimpressed with the suggestion, in fact he said with Yoan's strike rate that he was a fraud to consider himself a striker!
The French U21 international has scored 16 times in 121 games for Bordeaux and scored 3 times in 22 appearances for his country.

I've seen Bordeaux play and he is played as a winger. Very good player. Not sure he'd be suited to the English style. Similar to Obertan I'd say.

This lad plays behind the forward and was a real prospect when he was at AC Milan. If they aren't asking for silly money then deffo worth a gamble.
