Buzz Leaving?
Bookmark and Share

We can't get hold of snouty at the moment to verify this one. But a few places have it that Sylvain Distin may be leaving Everton in January.

His contract runs out at the end of this season and he may want a longer deal than just the one season he will be offered.

Sunderland are sniffing around.

Totally unbelievable that this is being toted. Buzz is a true gent / a Blue through and through and the consummate professional. He is a true role model to all centre backs in the club. Get the guy to sign on the dotted line -- Magnifique

Richard Gough was 37 when we signed him, and he was still class for a couple of seasons with us, just like Sylvain wil be. Got to keep him.

It's a no brainer, the lad deserves a two year contract. He 's one of the best left sided centre halves in the Premier. Age doesn't come into it. He's as fit as a fiddle strong as an ox! A blue through and through! What more can you ask?

Would rather keep Dizzy for another season. He's the only CH we've got that can fight the Holts, Coles, Nolans et al. Heitinga has to get off the bill. He is so easily bullied then jockeys the bully from 15 yards away. " go on shoot, score, just don't Shawshank Redemption me again". If Dizzy does go then we may have to accept Judas on loan. It's galling I know. Wonder if £1 fish man taxed Jonny in the tunnel at HT.

He agreed a one year deal this year, so can't see him kicking up a fuss for more when he's a year older. Either way, we'll need a younger CB to come in next summer. What'll pay for it and a striker? Fellaini or CL qualification.

Better to keep Buzz, a true Blue, with heart and fight; Jonny aint worth a squad place at the moment I dont know whats happened, but he hasnt had a decent game this season -accepting he's been mostly on the bench, today showed he cant defend...Duffy will be in soon Im sure, he cant become another "Vic". "Whats Our Name?"

Unless we get the reported £6.5m plus wages for our old m8 Joleon Lescott (AKA Judas) which I'd welcome back in open arms (sick of breaking my telly with £1 coins xD) I'd say Sylvain will still be an Everton player come Jan!

Would rather give him a two year contract than lose him in January, got to be one of the best/fittest/ strongest/fastest players I have ever seen and that's not even taking into account his age!!
