Another of the local lads (Childwall), Hope has been a regular in the academy side since his debut against the shite at the age of 15.

After working his way through the Ubnder 16's and Under 18's, Hope then became a reserve team regular in 2008/09. Another to be handed a debut against BATE Borisov (0-1) in the home Europa League game in December 2009, Hope  is a central midfield player who amongst his many attributes, doesn't shirk a tackle.
