'Big Vic' is another product of Everton's youth academy making his reserve team debut at just 15. Less than two years later he made his first team debut on 28th Jan 2006, coming on as substitute in FA Cup 4th Round replacing Simon 'Fuck Off' Davies. On May 7th 2006 he scored his first league goal in the last home game of the season against WBA.

In 2007 Anichebe signed a new contract until 2001. In the same season he scored 4 times in our UEFA Cup run and was dubbed our 'Secret Weapon'.

An horrendous tackle by Kevin Nolan put paid to Big Vic away at Newcastle and the big striker he missed most of the latter half of the 2009-2009 season.
