Everton were easily beaten by a strong Boro side. On a freezing night, Everton had to bring off players who may be considered for Sunday's Derby match.

Late Decision For Reserves

The final line up won't be made until near kick-off, as there are a lot of defenders wanting to get into the derby squad for Saturday. Moyesy must decide weather to play them or rest them for Sunday.

Steve Simmonson is hoping for a good display tonight to show Moyesy that he is ready for a recall, whenever he is needed.
