This menu card was issued by the Sandon Hotel before the game with Preston North End in 1886. I discovered it at the Molineux Grd, Wolverhampton and was allowed to take this copy.

Richardsons Galway Ireland

I've just arrived back from a hectic week-end in Ireland. The Capenhurst Legends on Tour. Ten of us (5 Blues an 5 others) travelled to Galway for the Salthill 'Carslberg Fives' National five-a-side competition, first week in June.
When in Eyre Square in the centre of Galway, we came across this Everton ale-ouse. With the Everton Logo right around the top of the outside of the pub. (See Photo) Of course we had to go in for a few beers. I don't know if you already have this in your archive, if not you can use it in your 'Top Toffee ale-houses'. The name of the pub is Richardsons, Eyre Square, Galway, Ireland. Cheers.

Everton Wine In Qatar

Just thought I'd send a couple of photos of an Everton Wine that I found in the off-licence while visiting the missus in Doha, Qatar. They also sold a red version but it probably tastes like shite so thought it best to be avoided!

Just wondering if you could put this pic on your site, I'm currently working for Major League Soccer Camps in Texas and stumbled across this road!!!

Also on one camp one kid turned up (about 15yrs old) in an Everton shirt, he supported us but didn't know why, more proof that we are born and not made!!

Saint Is A Blue

Started going to watch our local rugby league team, St Helens during the Summer. To my surprise James Graham the Saints forward is a Toffeeman. There was a profile on him in the programme at the games against Salford and James' first kit was an Everton one.

Nil Satis Nisi Optimum in Maritius

I am currently living and working in Mauritius in an international school in the sports department. The school is very competitive both within and out of the school and therefore the headmaster has designed a house system. We three houses, Eagles, Dolphin and Phoenix and all the pupils are divided up between the houses. They regularly compete against each other and I was asked to design a flag for each house which they could take or use during competitive matches. I suggested to the head that a Latin logo might be appropriate, to which he readily agreed and asked me to produce a draft for him to look at. To my surprise he loved my VERY ORIGINAL idea of NIL SATIS NISI OPTIMUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So we are literally flying the flag all over Mauritius now.
P.S. The red shite part is just a bonus.
